Much Needed Update...

I haven't updated for a while but this blog goes out to Gina! haha ( love ya girlie) So Cooper's party was great and so much fun he is just too stinkin cute!!

Life is going wonderfully right now!! Things are falling into place and GOD is good! I am going back to work at bloomington and am sooooooooo excited. I will miss my friends at the Big D but wont miss it. I go friday to do all my new hire stuff. Mike is still working at St Marys and Jasper but Jasper has a full time opening right now and are just praying he gets it. If he would then we would speed up our house remodel and get our hineys to looking at houses in Jasper hahaha.

I went to dinner with some amazing friends tonight, Gina, Cassie, and Jenna! It is so good to set back, eat pizza and have some great laughs!!

We are getting married in a little over a month. It is hard to be believe it has came so fast.

We had Evan this weekend and had a great time. We had pizza, jammies, and movie night on friday, we watched Madagascar 2, it was so cute. Saturday we went to get Evan some new shoes then went to Jillian's and raced horses. That place is really neat. We get him again in two weeks and look forward to better weather to do some things outside.

I am ready for spring and summer and all the fun things that come with it. I am ready to plant flowers and do some landscaping and yard work.

Recently I have been thinking about life. It saddens me to think about Andrea's death and the saddness of her friends and family and anyone who knew her. I actually own a car that used the belong to her and everytime I get in it I think of her. She was a great person and touched so many lives. But I do think that she is at peace and what a better place to be than in heaven. One of my best friends Brooke is her cousin and my heart aches so much for her.

With much sadness that has been going on and just the state of our economy and world right now I think alot more about life. The other night I was telling Mike that I have this urgency to be a better person and to be more thankful for this wonderful gift, life. As we were walking through the walmart book aisle I of course went to the bibles and inspiration because I love reading them. I saw a red book that caught my eye, CrazyLove, I flipped it over and the back basically said " Does something deep inside your heart long to break free from the status quo? Are you hungry for an authentic faith that addresses the problems of our world with tangible, even radical, solutions? " What?? I look around and look up and think man you are so amazing! This book is so amazing but challenging and so worth it. I totally recommend it to everyone!!

Last week was Cooper's bday and it went great! He is so good and cute! I have tons of pictures and will get them loaded.

Life's Happenings

Wow. I wish I was as good at writing blogs as reading them. hahaha. I get on the internet constantly to read people's blogs but never update so I am hoping to be more frequent anyways tons of things to talk about.

May 16th is our wedding date, its all paid for so he cant run, just kidding ;) We are going to Pigeon Forge and having a reception in June in Washington or Jasper, not sure yet. I will post some pics of the flowers I have been working on.

Mike turned 35 on the 6th and I had a surprise party for him. It was so fun!!!

This weekend is Coopers first birthday and I made a cute lil poster for his jungle themed party.

I have had strep and been really sick all week, pretty much sleep, wake up take meds, back to sleep, get up drink some fluids, back to sleep. The good thing is I was able to lose some weight :)
