Happy 1/2 year sweet girl!!!!

Dear Cadence,

You are the light of my life!  I enjoy every second of every minute of every hour of the day because of you.  We spend all our days playing, cuddling, giggling, eating, and sleeping.  I thank God for you every day.  Daddy and I love you sooo much!  Each month you have grown so much and this last month...

You are still in size 2 diapers pushing towards 3's.

You weigh 17 lbs!!

You wear mostly 6-9 month clothing.

You are rareing back on your knees so you will be mobile very soon!

You like to sing (coo).

You sleep 10-12 hrs a night waking up once for a bottle.

You still love tv.

You are very interested in the cats.  You like petting them and pulling hair!

Your new favorite foods are sweet potatoes and mangos.

Cousin Cooper is your best buddy.

You and Poppa (my dad) are smitten with each other.

You are Mammaw Julie's weekend sidekick.

And most of all you are Daddy's girl.  Your eyes sparkle when he walks into the room!

Life is better because of you.

A cute little girl went to the Dr for her well check today! I love my sweet girl and all her rolls! 17 lbs 1 oz and 25 1/2 inches long :) Healthy as can be!

We celebrated a good visit with some bananas!

365 days of Cadence

One of the best photographers I have ever followed (follow their blog and work) is DrewB photography. Last year on Instagram she did 365 days of pics of her daughter. This really inspired me to do the same. I sure am glad I did because I love looking at how Cadence is growing and it challenges me to be creative! I just love my sweet girl so much!!

Happy 5 Months Cady Girl!!

Cady,

You are growing leaps and bounds!! We love all your belly laughs and smiles! You are getting very mobile which makes Mommy tear up a bit. You are such a Daddy/Pappaw girl it melts my heart! I can only imagine how fast these next months are going to fly by. I am going to try and hang on to every moment I can!!

You are in size 2 diapers but getting closer to 3's!

You are eating more baby food and your favorites are peas and peaches!

You are eating 4-6 oz every 3 hrs during the day and 6-8 oz before bed and when you wake up.

You are still such a good sleeper! 9p-7a and nap a couple hours throughout the day.

Baths are still your favorite part of the day.

You are in mostly 6 months clothes.

You are noticing the cats more and giggle at them.

Your favorite shows to watch are Doc McStuffins, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Bubble Guppies (mommy's favorite :) )

Milestones

Every since having Cadence I am obsessed with capturing every minute and moment of every day. I am constantly overfilled with joy and don't want to miss a second. I love having a nice camera because I not only get to live the moment I get to capture it! Momma's ask me all the time if the expensive nice camera is really worth it. YES!!! And the more you learn about your camera the better!

Recently we have started Cady on rice cereal and baby food for fun and getting her used to it. Today I sat her in her highchair the first time. Boy did she think she was hot stuff! So fun!!
